The insurance ombudsman, in accordance with articles 86-92 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Insurance Activities," resolves the following disputes:
disputes between policyholders (insured, beneficiaries) and insurance companies arising from insurance contracts;
disputes between insurance companies arising from mandatory and voluntary insurance.
